Valrhona passion fruit inspiration couverture is excellent for making truffles, ganache and pralines. With a burst of intense passion fruit flavour, these fruity couverture drops are perfect for tempering thanks to their high cocoa butter percentage.

Plus, unlike using fruit puree or fresh passion fruit – the couverture pieces give sponges or glazes the same intense fruit flavour without introducing more water to the recipe, and compromising the texture.

Valrhona have combined dried passion fruit juice with cocoa butter, making it possible to use this passion fruit couverture like you would chocolate, in anything from truffles to homemade Easter eggs.

Creamy, vibrant in colour and with an intense flavour, these dairy-free couverture drops are used in professional kitchens as they can be heated quickly and easily – perfect for consistently great results.
