Terre Exotique’s roast chicken spice blend is the easiest way to prepare whole birds ready for roasting. A mix of paprika, garlic, salt, thyme, rosemary and cayenne chilli pepper, this aromatic blend can be used as a dry rub, creating a crust of spices on rotisserie chicken. Alternatively, mix with mustard and oil, then massage into the skin to infuse the chicken with flavour. 

Despite the name, this blend is also fantastic sprinkled over roast potatoes and honey-roasted carrots to create a delicious spiced aroma and flavour.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
