This Senorio Iberico ham shoulder is an incredible gift for food lovers. The richly flavoured ham is made from 100% acorn-fed Iberian pigs.

The shoulder, known as paleta, is cured for up to 36 months. The meat has a deep red colour and wonderful nutty flavour. It’s marbled with delicate fat that melts on the tongue for an indulgent eating experience. The succulent, slightly salty meat will delight charcuterie connoisseurs.

Acorn-fed 100% Iberico ham shoulder (approximately 4-4.5kg)
Wooden ham stand
Ham carving knife

The wooden stand looks fantastic on your table or kitchen counter. It holds the ham shoulder in place while you carve. The knife has a long, flexible blade and razor-sharp edge. You can carve thin, uniform slices with ease.
