Description

Sabarot cereals and lentils mix is a great way to reach your five-a-day. The mix includes bulgur, red lentils, green lentils and durum wheat. Ready in 10 minutes, it’s a lifesaver for time-strapped cooks.

Add the cooked cereals and lentils to grain bowls and rustic soups. Tossed with a tangy vinaigrette, the lentil mix is a tasty side dish for grilled meat and fish.

Versatile and rich in fibre, this mix of cereals and lentils is ideal for salads. Add your favourite vegetables, followed by flavour enhancers like feta and sun-dried tomatoes.

Preparation: Cook the mix in twice its volume of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and serve.

The pack contains approximately five portions.
