Description

Pariani’s whole peeled pistachios add a vivid green colour and aromatic flavour to sweet and savoury dishes. These Sicilian pistachios have a crunchy texture – keep them whole and stir the nuts through basmati rice with dried apricots and sultanas for a side dish to serve alongside Moroccan tagines. 

Alternatively, sprinkle the peeled pistachio nuts over frosted cakes, scooops of pistachio ice cream or chocolate tortes for a striking decoration. We also love crushing the pistachios and using them to decorate cannoli for a Sicilian treat.
