Description

Use Pariani’s chopped roasted “Nocciola Piemonte PGI” hazelnuts to decorate chocolate tortes, tiramisu and truffles. Piemonte PGI hazelnuts grow in Piemonte, or Piedmont, a region of northwest Italy that borders France and Switzerland – they are often considered the best variety in the world. 

The nuts are first roasted to intensify the hazelnut flavour, then finely chopped. Roll chocolate truffles in the hazelnuts for a nutty garnish, sprinkle over tiramisu for a gentle crunch, or add to homemade biscotti biscuits. We also love pairing these chopped hazelnuts with roasted beetroot salads for an earthy sweetness.
