Description

Nihon Shokken super crispy tempura batter mix makes a consistently light, delicate coating for prawns, vegetables and squid rings. The 1.5kg bag is ideal for catering quantities and professional kitchens. 

To make the tempura batter, combine 1 part of the flour mix with 1.5 parts of water. Dip your ingredients into the batter and coat fully, before deep frying.
