Description

Serve Kalios smoked eggplant mezze with pita chips and crudités. It has a creamy texture and rich, smoky flavour. If you like baba ghanoush and melitzanosalata, you’ll love this aubergine dip. 

Smoked eggplant mezze is a great addition to a grazing board. Pair it with Greek delicacies like Kalamata olives and whipped feta. Crunchy crackers are a great match for the smooth dip.

This spread is part of a range of artisan Greek mezze. They are made by hand by a family-run company in Greece. Discover flavours like artichoke, sun-dried tomato and Kalamata olive.

About Kalios

Kalios was founded by brothers Grégory and Pierre-Julien Chantzios in 2009. Their family has been producing Greek olive oil for eight generations. Prized for its low bitterness, their oil is favoured by top chefs around the world.
