The lovely coatings on these pans means food releases much easier than your usual Stainless Steel pans. And you can easily scramble your eggs for your egg fried rice without worrying about them sticking to your pan. Hestan recommends using emulsified fats, like butter, for more delicate foods, like eggs and fish.

The pans are heat treated with a combination of nitrogen and vaporised titanium that creates several very thin layers of ceramic to make them extremely durable.
