The triply, aluminium core pans are designed to heat quickly and evenly, for excellent heat control. Hestan frying pans are fantastic for browning and searing.

The lovely coatings on these pans means food releases much easier than your usual Stainless Steel pans. You can easily fry an omelette without worrying about them sticking to your pan.

Hestan recommends using emulsified fats, like butter, for more delicate foods, like eggs and fish.

NanoBond features thousands of titanium nanolayers which create an exceptionally resilient cooking surface. It’s 400% stronger than stainless steel so it won’t scratch or stain, even with metal utensils. NanoBond pans heat quickly and evenly and remain heat-resistant up to 565°C. They are easy to clean and nest neatly together for space-saving storage. NanoBond is 100% toxin-free and designed to withstand frequent use in both home and professional kitchens.

The pans are heat treated with a combination of nitrogen and vaporised titanium that creates several very thin layers of ceramic to make them extremely durable. As a bonus, it also gives the pans a beautiful shiny, almost mirrored finish. It’s a similar treatment drill bits, that are made to drill through metal and concrete, get. So you can be sure your pan will be extremely durable, and very scratch resistant. The pans are safe to use with metal utensils, but we would still recommend avoiding very sharp utensils like knives, or very sharply pointed forks.
