This seafood flavoured soy sauce has a rich soybean flavour and gentle sweetness. As the name suggests, it’s fantastic with fish, prawns and other seafood.

Dried scallops add a delicate sweet-salt seafood flavour to this classic seasoning.

You can use this premium soy sauce for cooking or as a dipping sauce. Add a splash of rice vinegar and chilli oil to make a dip for dim sum. It’s delicious with scallop siu mai!

This light soy sauce is perfect for seasoning fish and fried squid. Use it to make the classic Chinese dish: sea bass with ginger, soy and spring onions. Served with steamed rice, this dish never fails to impress.
