Description

Giusti’s cooked grape must is an Italian condiment with a rich, fruity flavour. Known as saba, must is the name given to freshly pressed grape juice, containing the skins, stems and stems of the grapes. It is thick and syrupy with the intense aroma of grapes and honey. 

Try drizzling grape must over sweet treats like ice-cream, fresh fruit salads and ricotta cheesecake. It can also be used in cocktails, to sweeten herbal tea or as a glaze for roasted poultry. Grape must is a great addition to a cheeseboard, pairing well with hard and soft cheeses.

About Giusti

Since 1605, the Giusti family has been producing Italy’s oldest balsamic vinegar, following a family recipe that’s remained the same since the start.
