Description

This balsamic glaze is infused with fresh ginger. It’s a new creation from Giusti, the world’s oldest producer of balsamic vinegar.

The flavour is complex, combining sweet-sour balsamic with zingy ginger. It’s reduced until it’s thick and creamy – ideal for glazing and drizzling.

Brush ginger balsamic glaze over salmon and chicken before grilling. It’s a delicious finishing touch for Asian recipes. Add it to a stir fry sauce or a dip for dumplings. It’s a great way to liven up salads and fried rice.

For a speedy dessert, drizzle ginger balsamic glaze over fruit or ice cream.

Giusti ‘crema’ glazes are made with balsamic vinegar and cooked grape must. The ingredients are gently heated and reduced to a thick, creamy consistency. The range includes glazes flavoured with fruit, truffle and porcini mushrooms.

Keep the bottle in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight. Try to avoid sudden changes of temperature.
