Description

Giusti balsamic crema is flavoured with pomegranate juice. It’s reduced to a syrupy consistency – ideal for glazing and drizzling. Pomegranate adds fresh, fruity notes that complement the aged balsamic vinegar.

This rich, sweet-sour glaze is perfect for Middle Eastern dishes. Drizzle it over roasted peppers and dips like muhammara. It’s fantastic with grilled fish and prawns. You can also mix it with olive oil to glaze a lamb shoulder. Roast until tender and serve with jewelled couscous.

Pomegranate balsamic glaze can transform sweet recipes, too. Swirl it over fruit salad and ice cream for a tangy flavour contrast.

Giusti ‘crema’ glazes are made with balsamic vinegar and cooked grape must. The ingredients are gently heated and reduced to a thick, creamy consistency. The range includes glazes flavoured with fruit, truffle and porcini mushrooms.

Keep the bottle in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight. Try to avoid sudden changes of temperature.
