Description

This natural blackcurrant puree makes a great mixer for cocktails. Try using this puree in a blackcurrant mojito with white rum and mint. Blackcurrant puree is also a useful ingredient in pâtisserie recipes, from blackcurrant pâtes de fruits to blackcurrant jams and jelly. 

Funkin purees contain only the best fruit from around the world – no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or additives. This blackcurrant puree is made from Andega blackcurrants harvested midway through the summer in France. The purees come in a pourable pouch with a re-sealable screw top lid for easy cocktail making.

Once open refrigerate and consume within 8 days.
