Frantoio Muraglia aromatic celery extra virgin olive oil is excellent for dressing crudités and salads, and for adding punchy fresh celery notes to vegetable soups. Unlike most flavoured olive oils which are infused after pressing, Frantoio Muraglia press fresh celery at the same time as the olives – so the oil is infused with flavour right at the point of extraction.

Michelin-starred chef, Angelo Sabatelli, says ‘I never used or appreciated aromatic oils in my courses… until I tasted Muraglia’s oils, produced with authentic ingredients, cold-pressed with olives.’ Try using the aromatic celery oil to boost the flavours of a sofrito, or pair with roasted salmon dishes.

Frantoio Muraglia are passionate about olives. Watching over their company is the oldest olive tree in their grove – a majestic Coratina olive tree that is at least 450 years old and still gives fruit. They’ve been growing and pressing olives in the same way for nearly five generations of the Muraglia family, and their extra virgin olive oils have won numerous awards.
