This deep purple liqueur is great for cocktails. Add it to a Bramble, a French Martini or a berry Mojito with crushed ice and fresh mint. In France, it’s often added to white wine (known as a Kir) or sparkling wine (Kir Royale). If you like a more complex drink, shake up an El Diablo – a blend of crème de cassis, tequila and lemon juice, topped up with fiery ginger beer.
