Description
Alubia Blanca – cooked haricot beans are the ideal base for your Spanish stew. Cook chunks of chorizo and smoked pancetta in a tomato sauce, then add the white haricot beans to warm through before serving.
The beans are exceptionally soft and creamy, making them ideal for bean soups. Or gently drain and rinse the haricot beans to enjoy cold in a mixed bean salad.
The beans are cooked and ready to eat straight from the jar.
