The spray is composed of a cocoa butter base tinted with food colouring. The spray cans are convenient and easy to use, even for novice cooks. Each spray can cover 5-6 standard size cakes.

For best results, ensure the spray is at room temperature for four hours before use. Shake well before spraying a fine layer over your creation. A distance of 25-30cm is recommended for a smooth, even covering. Leave to dry for at least one hour before consuming.
