Use this cream clay cooking pot to make comforting soups and stews. With a generous 2.4L capacity, it’s perfect for batch cooking and feeding a crowd.

Clay pots heat evenly so food cooks slowly and gently. The pot stays warm once removed from the stove, allowing the flavours to fully develop. Use the lid to lock in moisture and ensure your food is moist and tender.

Clay soup pots are used in homes and restaurants across Asia. They are used to make traditional clay pot rice dishes with pork or dried sausage. Once cooked, the rice is light and fluffy on top and slightly crispy on the bottom.

Use this clay pot to cook delicious dishes from around the world. It’s perfect for Chinese stews, Indian curries and casseroles from closer to home. In Vietnam, similar pots are used to make Ca Kho To – a dish of caramelised fish with a sweet and savoury sauce.

Oven safe and microwave safe. Can be used directly on any heat source, including gas and electric hobs. Do not heat the pot for too long when empty. Stir food regularly and beware of sticking in the bottom of the pot, as this can cause a concentration of heat resulting in cracking. Clean after cooking once cooled and try to avoid soaking in water for a long time.
