Description

Fill this aluminium hot pot with spicy, savoury broth. It’s a great way to enjoy a fun, communal dining experience with friends. It will keep your broth hot for the duration of your meal.

Hot pot is a popular sharing dish enjoyed across Southeast Asia. There are many variations and regional styles – each one different and delicious!

The hot pot is placed in the centre of the table so each diner can add their ingredients. Vegetables, thinly sliced meat and tofu are added to the simmering broth. Once cooked, guests fish out their favourites and enjoy them with various dipping sauces.

Noodles or rice can be added at the end of the meal to finish the flavoursome broth.

This aluminium hot pot can also be used to serve soups and stews. Guests can help themselves to tom yum soup or a slow-cooked curry.
