Description

Black garlic paste makes it even easier to enjoy the sweet, balsamic flavours of black garlic. Spread straight onto fresh bread for flavour-packed snack. 

A spoonful of black garlic paste in soups, stews, pasta sauces and risottos adds instant sweetness and umami depth. Spread over a homemade pizza base for a unique alternative to tomato sauce, or whisk with olive oil for an easy salad dressing.

Black garlic is made from white garlic that’s been gently heated in a humid environment until the cloves become sweet, dark and soft. The sweet, mellow flavour with hints of balsamic vinegar and undertones of white garlic make it an intriguing addition to a wide variety of recipes.
