Description

Alpenzu’s cacio e pepe cream lets you enjoy the Roman classic in sauce form! Made with pecorino, cream and black pepper, this spreadable paste is sharp, salty and creamy. Enjoy this cream hot and serve with crunchy bread and vegetable crudites as a sharing-style starter. Alternatively, warm it through gently and use it as a sauce – toss through spaghetti for a cheat’s version of cacio e pepe or drizzle over risottos before serving. 

Enjoy a taste of Italy’s mountainous produce with Alpenzu’s jams, spreads, sauces and vinegars. Based in Valle d’Aosta, a region of northwest Italy bordered by France and Switzerland, Alpenzu has been creating the finest preserves since 2001. The combination of modern technology alongside ancient traditions, family recipes and local ingredients is what makes Alpenzu’s range extra special.
