Alpenzu’s porcini mushrooms are preserved in olive oil so you can enjoy their nutty, earthy flavour all year round. Ready to eat straight from the jar, they are a delicious addition to salads, sandwiches and antipasti platters. Try serving them on crostini with creamy goat’s cheese or just a drizzle of olive oil. 

Porcini mushrooms are prized for their rich, umami flavour and meaty texture. You can add them to soups, stews and creamy sauces for pasta and grilled chicken. For an Italian-inspired supper, use the preserved porcini instead of dried mushrooms in this indulgent mushroom risotto recipe.

About Alpenzu
